Foundation For Girls advances financial resilience and economic mobility for marginalized women through a comprehensive, coach-supported model that integrates financial education with workforce development. Our proven approach combines four essential pillars:

    Developing confidence and tools necessary to navigate individual career paths while supporting their independent development to become career confident. Getting and keeping a job requires skill and support from one’s support system.

  • Digitally Forward: Equipping to live, learn, and work in a digital society

    Developing digital capability. Training in essential digital skills to move women onward and upward, both in their lives and careers. Providing them with new equipment to work from home and/or to study and further gain academic skills.

  • Circle of Care: Providing care for Care-takers through a Care Line, Community Connection, Coaching, Care Packs, and Financial Assistance (BAG Program - Build Assets and Grow)

    It begins with taking care of the essential needs of participants and their children. Then, a participant can call an assigned group of coaches anytime with any questions. Regular coaching and social time. Exclusive experiences and community building. Developing financial resilience through social networks to support participants registered and actively engaged in the FFG programs.
